ヒメシャクナゲ（姫石楠花）
　　ツツジ科ヒメシャクナゲ属
　水辺のほとりに咲くヒメシャクナゲは、朝のいっときおめかしをする。朝露を身にまとってうつむきがちに咲く姿は、とても可憐であった。形は小さいが、常緑低小木である。
　高さ10〜30cm。花期６〜７月。花の大きさは約５mm。
